Ghost town Settlers(demo)
The game is 1080, play it full screen if you can.
This project is my first attempt at writing, and a lightweight exercise to do when I get some free time.
Since I'm the only one working on it, the updates will be sporadic and small, but I'll be using every skill in my arsenal to up the quality and keep the experience entertaining.

Very cool looking game! I wish there were more games made with Stable Diffusion. I think this game would benefit a lot from using TTS with different voices for each character.
Thank you, I personally prefer art drawn by an actual artist, it would come out cheaper considering how much time I have to spend on SD and photoshop to make these. But unfortunately finding an artist that I can rely on proved impossible.
I like the idea of TTS, my plan however was hiring voice actors once the game gathers a big enough following. It's too early though.
That's just how I would do it ^_^. I thought there must be many games made in a similar style, but for some reason it is not the case. Also I wanted to compliment you work with hands and clothes, I know how much efforts went into it!
Since I know the reason, let me share it with you: The main hurdle is consistency. AI often generates stunning images, but none of them are consistent with each other, and a game demands a coherent style and often multiple images of the same characters, and since humans are good at spotting inconsistencies in faces and bodies, the results are often too jarring to use.
And thank you for your kind words, your complements mean a lot to me.
