Meet Pheobe and Rhea in V0.2

The game has been updated to v0.2 so... let's see how this devlog thing works.
I've added a new event with two new characters to meet, plus a thousand or so words of the story. The previous characters got a bit of touch up as well, now they should look more consistent with better details. The code has been updated too a little bit.

After meeting Kiera, hang out in the base, read some books and listen to some music till you get a new alert on the map that triggers the event.
